To ensure long-term sustainability, One New Heartbeat (ONHB) engages in comprehensive sustainability planning by conducting various assessments and analyses. By conducting these assessments and analyses, ONHB aims to gain a comprehensive understanding of its organizational needs, strengths, weaknesses, community resources, and program sustainability. This information will inform the development of a sustainability plan that includes strategies to maximize resources, address challenges, and ensure the long-term success of the organization's mission and programs.

We are a Core Group of individuals, that collectively came together to bridge the gap between our different communities. We share the same heartbeat and passions in life. Our diversity is our strength. It has been our experience that as human beings we have all faced similar emotional trials and tribulations at some moment in time We are clear that every aspect of life — the place we live, the people we live with, our friends and acquaintances, the things we do or don't do, the things we own, our work, even things like pets, music, and color affect how we feel.  It is our belief that everyone should have the opportunity to receive the support that is needed to change or just to feel better.
